变更 Changes

施法速度
攻击速度
- 炮轰 有额外的高挡位断点因为它的投掷物不再造成下一次命中延迟NHD
- 刃之怒 现在受到攻速的影响 (与其他陷阱相同的断点)

断点 Breakpoints
