The following are items that have alternative skins in Project Diablo 2.

Unless otherwise noted, these are visual changes only and have no gameplay impact.

Normal and Alternate colors on this page refer to the colors that appear on the player character when the item is equipped. Changed inventory icons are shown on this page.

5th Anniversary Skins

5th Anniversary Skins were added in Season 12. The specific items and their special colors were chosen by community draw during Season 12 Dev Stream #2.

All of the 5th Anniversary skins have a very low chance to drop at any time when the eligible unique drops. The specific drop chance varies per item.
