* Changed Material Tab hotkeys to be more consistent with other UI functionality.
* Added help text to the Material Tab.
* Changed the Shift + stat / skill allocation bind to add 50 instead of 20 to be more consistent with the Material Tab hotkeys.
* Putrid Defilers in dungeons now deal 30% less damage with their poison bone spears.
* Putrid Defilers poison bone spear range reduced by ~60%.
* Uber Tristram now requires 1 of each organ to make the Pandemonium Talisman (Lilith says hi).
