This is usually only the case with Uber Tristram or Boss fights. You should be able to get roughly +30% to all resistance bonus when casting using a Call to Arms and +3 Lidless Wall. Keep in mind that the Attack Speed breakpoint will suffer from losing Burst of Speed.
