Currently, there is no official confirmation that the riddle has been solved, though some have reported solving it by showing screenshots of the otherwordly relic.

Speculation ensued and people eventually supposedly started finding the rumored otherwordly relic, which is a unique Phase Blade named Armageddon's Blade.

It appears the solution is to take a normal Phase Blade and having Charsi imbue it. It has a RNG chance of imbuing into Armageddon's Blade. This is not confirmed as of yet, but some item filters suggest picking up Phase Blades for this purpose.
